At Poochie Fashion, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are unworn, hair-free, and in their original packaging with tags attached before sealing them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
